As the owner of JC Performance Therapy, Jasmine C. Adams plans to execute proper and personally designed workout plans across all age groups, demographics, and body types. She has developed specific techniques that have generated great success and turnover in the training and performance market. She hopes to invigorate the Fayetteville area and surrounding communities with her expertise as it applies to health and wellness. 

Mrs. Adams graduated from Howard University with a degree in Human Performance. She previously worked for Cape Fear Valley Medical Center as an Exercise Physiologist in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab department. She has worked in the field of physical therapy rehab, wellness, and performance therapy for over 8 years.
